Developed by Dentsu Inc. and making its public debut with World Aquatics, Voice Watch is an artificial intelligence-based live commentary tool tailor-made for the visually impaired public.

Rolling out the technology to the public at the World Aquatics Championships is another example of how World Aquatics and its partners are hubs of innovation that continue to bring new ways to engage audiences.

Voice Watch is the world's first AI-generated real-time live commentary for visually impaired people at sports venues, based on camera images and real-time sports data. The system made its debut on 27 July for swimming competitions at the World Championships - Fukuoka 2023. Voice Watch will provide an exciting new audio-lead spectator experience for the visually impaired.
