Iris Tio Casas of Spain, 22, became first artistic swimmer in history to win world championship titles in all four disciplines: solo, duet, mixed duet, and team. She made the podium in all six events she entered to claim three gold and three bronze medals in Singapore.
Aleksandr Maltsev, representing Neutral B, 30, was the most successful male athlete, winning the most gold: three (plus a silver in mixed duet free).
