The 22nd edition of the World Aquatics Championships will see more than 2,500 athletes compete in 77 medal events in Singapore across six aquatic sports – swimming, artistic swimming, water polo, diving, high diving and open water swimming. Check out the Championships’ competition schedule here.

Spectators in Singapore can look forward to world-class performances and an electric atmosphere throughout the Championships.

The competition will be anchored across two key hubs: the World Aquatics Championships Arena and the OCBC Aquatic Centre at the Singapore Sports Hub, which will host swimming, diving, water polo, and artistic swimming. Meanwhile, Sentosa Island—with its serene waters and scenic coastline—will set the stage for open-water swimming and high diving.

About the World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025

The World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025 is the global flagship event for six aquatics sports: swimming, water polo, diving, artistic swimming, open water swimming, and high diving. Singapore will be the first Southeast Asian country to host a World Aquatics Championships, with the 2025 event taking place from 11 July to 3 August at the Singapore Sports Hub and Sentosa. These Championships expect to host over 2,500 elite athletes from more than 200 national member federations.
