The month of May marks the launch of "Dive Into Your World" – a first-of-its-kind AI creative challenge jointly presented by World Aquatics and Alibaba Cloud, timed to celebrate the 2026 World Aquatics Diving World Cup – Super Final in Beijing.
Dive Into Your World, running from 1-31 May, is a direct invitation for the global aquatics community to be the ones driving AI creativity in the sport, with fans, creatives, data enthusiasts and casual observers encouraged to get their hands on the technology and make it their own.
At the heart of this initiative is MuleRun, your personal AI, placed in the hands of a global community to create something extraordinary.
MuleRun is designed to handle complex, multi-step creative and analytical tasks through a simple conversational interface, generating visual content, building data visualisations, drafting copy and constructing from a single prompt.
For the Dive Into Your World campaign, participants can use MuleRun to generate a diving-inspired poster or short video, build a sports-themed landing page, analyse competition data and turn it into a visual report, or create anything else that showcases what AI can do when it meets elite diving.
AI is already reshaping how athletes train, coaches analyse performance, fans experience competition, sporting events are broadcast, highlight reels are cut, sponsorship value is measured in real time, governing bodies engage the next generation of fans and much more in the field of sport.
Dive Into Your World demonstrates World Aquatics commitment to bringing the global aquatics family into the AI era as active participants.
How to participate
1. Create your free account
Head to mulerun.com and sign up for a free MuleRun account. No prior AI experience is required.
2. Complete a creative task
Use MuleRun to create something, whether a poster, a data visualisation, a video or a webpage. The brief is intentionally open to allow for creativity!
3. Share on social media
Post a screenshot or screen recording of your creation on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or Facebook with the hashtag #DiveIntoYourWorld.
4. Win across three prize batches
Prizes are awarded in three waves throughout May. The earlier you enter, the more chances you have:
- Batch 1, May 1-10: The top 100 qualified participants each receive a co-branded World Aquatics × Alibaba Cloud towel.
- Batch 2, May 11-20: Outstanding creators in this window receive 100 co-branded quick-dry shirts and 100 co-branded water cups.
- Batch 3, May 21-30: Top creators can win MuleRun Pro subscriptions; three special award winners will be invited to the MuleRun Global User Conference; and the five best creative entries will each receive two tickets to the World Aquatics Swimming Championships (25m) in Beijing from 1-6 December 2026.
