The 27-year-old took on coaching and commentator roles following a year of world medals culminating at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

“The World Aquatics Artistic Swimming Junior Championships was a phenomenal experience, giving me a first-hand look at the level of the next generation and future Olympians. I was able to witness the level of talent and skills from the rising stars of artistic swimming,” said Simoneau.

Additionally, after the Paris 2024 Olympics, the Montreal-Quebec native participated in an artistic swimming training camp in Mexico, where she mentored and coached athletes from across Central and South America.

"Teaching the next generation reminds me why I started and why I go to the Olympics," Simoneau shared.

Looking ahead, Simoneau is focused on completing her medical school studies while remaining involved with artistic swimming through commentary and coaching.

“I aim to work as a doctor, but I always want to stay connected to the sport,” Simoneau added.
