Bornan Sports Technology has been appointed as a Global Supplier of World Aquatics for digital data management, with an innovative, new service to showcase the World Aquatics Games Management System (GMS) and results archive database. The collaboration will continue through an initial period until the end of 2029.
The agreement will see Bornan providing an enhanced digital platform that combines both the GMS (currently featuring 100,000 individual users) and results database (with over 200,000 athlete profiles and 11,000 event results), which previously sat separately. This innovation will ensure a more integrated user experience for World Aquatics’ global family, demonstrating both World Aquatics’ and Bornan’s commitment to driving the development of aquatic sports worldwide.
“We are really pleased to be partnering with Bornan,” said World Aquatics President Husain Al Musallam.
“Delivering an excellent experience for athletes, fans, coaches and all of our stakeholders is our top priority and this partnership reflects our continued commitment to delivering world-class operational standards across all our competitions.”
Founder and CEO of Bornan Sports Technology, Eva María Córdoba added;
“We are truly delighted with this partnership. At the core of our philosophy lies a commitment to shared values: excellence, innovation, and a profound respect for sport."
"Collaborating with World Aquatics means aligning with a team that consistently sets the highest standards with integrity, determination, and a genuine passion for technological advancement. Together, we are not only delivering world class events, but shaping meaningful and lasting experiences”
