Ware’s career has been nothing short of remarkable, decorated with two individual World Championship medals, World Cup medals, World Series medals, Pan-American Games medals, and participation at two Olympic Games.

In her own words, 2023, at the age of 30, was her best year in the sport. On her retirement post, the Québec native gives credits to the sport: “Diving has given me so much: friends for life, the opportunity to travel the world, and the best life skills. Diving has taught me to be passionate, resilient, perseverant, brave, and independent.”

After the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the 31-year-old faced a challenging year, battling self-doubt and rediscovering her love for the sport. Acknowledging the people who stood by her, Ware gave heartfelt thanks to her family, coaches, and teammates, particularly Olympic medallists Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion, who inspired and uplifted her throughout her journey.
