[I’m feeling] hungry. Let’s get something to eat. I ate this morning at 8am, one energy bar, went back to sleep, woke up at 11am, had some milk tea. That’s all I’ve eaten. I was sleeping sitting next to my bed. I woke up sitting next to it. I was dreaming about falling, but not in a bad way.”

Before the event, “I was listening to music. Most of it was high beats. Usually, I would be listening to that sort of music during my competition.”

Kim Mi-Rae (PRK)  - BRONZE, women’s 10m platform

When I realized this was the bronze medal, when I realized that I wasn’t able to do better, I felt sad. At the same time, it’s an Olympic medal. And because I had such determination to do better, of course, I didn’t feel the guarantee that I’d get the bronze medal. I was able to get the medal at the end.”

"I wasn't happy with my [silver-medal] result in the women's synchronized 10m platform final. That's why I was very nervous and stressed about today's competition."
