The FINA Masters Congress was organised today in Barcelona (ESP), during the sixth day of competition at the 15th FINA World Championships. The delegates sanctioned the following main changes:
-    New requirements for the approval of World Records and top-10 results;
-    Water temperature for open water events must be comprised between 18° and 31° Celsius;
-    In water polo, at the FINA World Masters Championships, a player cannot represent more than one team;
-    In Synchro, new adjustments in the judging system and change in the age groups (starting now at 25-29 – previously 20-29).
