National and international press and photographers can apply until 17 June 2025 for media accreditation to the World Aquatics Championships—Singapore 2025.
We invite all media representatives wishing to cover the 22nd edition of the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore to submit their accreditation applications individually through the World Aquatics GMS media accreditation portal before 17 June 2025, 23:59 GMT.
The registration is open to all media members, including the written press, photographic press, online media, and writers and photographers working for publications and/or websites of World Aquatics' National Member Federations. All international registrations submitted through the World Aquatics GMS will be subject to approval by the World Aquatics Communication Department. All domestic registrations will be subject to approval by the Singapore 2025 Organising Committee’s Media Operations team.
World Aquatics' premier event will take place from 11 July to 3 August in Singapore and will feature the aquatic sports of swimming, diving, water polo, artistic swimming, open water swimming and high diving.
Accredited media have options to stay at five designated hotels. Singapore 2025 Official Travel Partner Trip.com will administer bookings for these hotels. More details can be found in the Media & Broadcast Accommodation Manual.
The five media hotels are conveniently located approximately 6 km from the Singapore Sports Hub precinct and between 7 km and 8 km from Sentosa Island.
