Olympic Day, held every year on 23 June, is a global celebration of sport, representing the core values of global unity, friendship, and respect. The day encourages people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to engage in physical activity through a collective message of "Move, learn, discover - Together for a better world." This year, the IOC emphasises the importance of moving and staying active, urging everyone to embrace a healthier lifestyle as we look ahead to a summer of Olympic sport in Paris.

This year’s Olympic Day is particularly special as we eagerly anticipate the Olympic Games Paris 2024 and the incredible Olympic aquatics competitions. As the birthplace of the modern Olympics, Paris holds a unique significance in the Olympic Movement’s history, adding to the excitement of the upcoming Games.
