FINA is pleased to reveal the final entry list (duets & teams) of synchronised swimmers to take part in the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
24 duets and eight teams will be competing at the Maria Lenk Aquatic Centre in Rio from August 14-19.
The nations going to Brazil are: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Spain, France, Great Britain, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Ukraine, USA
The competition format unfolds as follows:
Duet - 24 duets will compete in the Free Routine Preliminary, and Technical Routine – the best 12 teams after these two events will compete in the Free Routine Final session;
Team – 8 teams will compete in the Technical Routine and Free Routine sessions
